Welcome to Digital Recruits, your premier on-demand digital marketing agency. By accessing and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of service. Please review them carefully.
Digital Recruits offers a wide range of digital marketing services on an on-demand basis. Services are provided without the need for a long-term contract or retainer fees, allowing clients flexibility and control over their digital marketing needs.
2.1 Hourly Rates: Our default hourly rate for services is $80 unless otherwise specified or agreed upon in a specific quote.
2.2 Quotes: Before the commencement of any work, Digital Recruits will provide the client with a quote outlining the scope of work and the associated costs. Work will only begin once the quote has been approved by the client.
2.3 Deposits and Payments:
For quotes amounting to $300 or more, a 50% deposit is required before any work begins.
For quotes of $299 or less, full payment is required upfront before any work will commence.
Payments can be made through methods specified by Digital Recruits at the time of quoting.
2.4 Refunds:
Refunds may be issued if no work has commenced on the project.
No refunds will be issued once work has begun, as resources and time have been allocated to the project.
Clients are responsible for providing all necessary information, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner. Delays in providing essential information or feedback may result in project delays. Digital Recruits will not be held responsible for these delays.
Upon full payment, the client will own the final deliverables of the project. However, Digital Recruits retains the right to use completed projects and designs for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon with the client.
Digital Recruits agrees to keep all client information confidential and secure, except as required by law or as needed to perform the services agreed upon.
Digital Recruits will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our liability to any client for any reason and upon any cause of action is limited to the amount paid by the client to Digital Recruits for the services rendered.
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches these terms and fails to correct the breach within a reasonable period. Upon termination, any outstanding payments for work completed by Digital Recruits become immediately due.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Digital Recruits operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Digital Recruits reserves the right to modify these terms of service at any time. Your continued use of our services following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms as modified.
